Over the weekend I obviously let my brain go into shut down mode because I was under the impression that eating things like ice cream and chocolate and chips was a really good idea! So this week I have decided to get my butt in gear and walk alot! Yes I know that walking will not cure all of my fluffiness issues but it will help kick me into gear!
I have set myself a step goal for everyday of 10,000 steps so this morning I strapped on my pedometer and hopped to it! Since I don't have any reason to play momma taxi right after work I decided to walk today! The sun was shining and the birds were singing and the whole world seemed happy and I just joined right in! Then just when I thought everything was all peaches and cream I realized I was standing front of the door to work!~Talk about a mood killer!
Well it is not even 10:00 a.m. and I have already gone 4489 steps so I think I am off to a great start! Of course it is just day #2 of my walking towards skinniness so hopefully I don't give up on myself! I am however overly optimistic so hopefully I can do this!!

You can do it!! I wish I could.. remember my little walking spree I started back in March? Ahhh, what a good effort... then I went and got prego..geesh. Perhaps I'll try again soon. But you go girl!!
